RODD Convex Distractor

RODD Convex distractor in intended to be anchored on one of the two spinous processes in order to achieve an efficient distraction. It has the following features:

  • A large groove intended to hold the spinous process
  • Two side holes on the branches of the groove. A suture thread will pass through them and fix
    the distractor to the process
  • A convex spherical dome intended to be articulated with another concave dome in order to
    form a multi-axial rotating assembly.
  • The convex dome presents a small threaded hole at its top to receive the assembly screw.
    The RODD Convex distractor is available in one and unique size.
