RODD Convex Distractor
RODD Convex distractor in intended to be anchored on one of the two spinous processes in order to achieve an efficient distraction. It has the following features:
- A large groove intended to hold the spinous process
- Two side holes on the branches of the groove. A suture thread will pass through them and fix
the distractor to the process - A convex spherical dome intended to be articulated with another concave dome in order to
form a multi-axial rotating assembly. - The convex dome presents a small threaded hole at its top to receive the assembly screw.
