Lumbar XLIF cages

Lateral Lumbar Cages have a long support area and large holes for the graft. A blocked version of the lumbar lateral cage DIVA exists with a direct fixation of the cage to the vertebral bodies with two bone screws.

The lateral lumbar cages DIVA are intended to be used in a lateral approach. A lumbar plate may be added to the construct in case of use of a standard lateral cage. DIVA lateral blocked cages are fixed with two titanium TA6V screws. The lateral lumbar cages DIVA have the following features:
• A lordotic shape
• Stabilization notches reinforcing the anchoring of the implant and preventing its migration.
• A wide bearing surface for an optimal stability
• Wide graft holes
• Radiographic marker to allow a positioning control of the implants in situ
• A threading for a safe impaction
• Stabilization holes for the impactor, on each side of the threading, for a safe impaction

The lumbar lateral cages DIVA are available in several sizes from 8 to 18mm, and each size have three angulations. They have a single width of 20mm and a single depth of 45mm.
A range with a smaller contour is available: from size 8 to 18, with a single width of 18mm and a single depth 40mm.
