Lumbar TLIF Cages

TLIF or Postero-Lateral Lumbar Cages have been designed in 3 different ways according to the implantation technique: straight, rotating and banana shape with large central holes for the graft. 

The postero-lateral lumbar cages DIVA are intended to be used in association with a posterior pedicular screw fixation. They have the following features:
• A lordotic shape
• Stabilization notches reinforcing the anchoring of the implant and preventing its migration
• A wide bearing surface for an optimal stability
• A wide graft hole
• Lateral holes to favor the blood flow and graft
• Radiographic markers to allow a positioning control of the implants in situ for PEEK cages.
• A threading for a safe impaction
• DIVA Twist: An anatomical biconvex profile, offering an intimate contact between the
vertebral endplates and respecting the anatomy of the discal space
• DIVA Twist: A thin nozzle to ease its insertion into the discal space
The lumbar postero-lateral cages DIVA are available in several sizes from 7 to 14mm. The banana cage
has two lordotic angulations for each size. The width and the depth are the same for all sizes.
Preclinical evaluations have been performed and tests with in vitro manipulation were performed to
evaluate the interaction of implants with the associated instruments.
