Lumbar Corpectomy cages

Lumbar Corpectomy Cages are used to replace one or several vertebras after removal. This expandable cage enables the surgeon to adapt the height of this implant to the patient’s vertebras to replace. Once the height is defined, the mobile part of the implant is locked with a lateral screw. DIVA Lumbar Corpectomy Cages are intended to be used in an anterior or a lateral approach. A lumbar plate may be added to the construct. The Lumbar Corpectomy cages DIVA have the following features:

• Stabilization notches reinforcing the anchoring of the implant and preventing its migration.

• An anatomic profile
• A peripheral contact
• A central long graft hole
• Lateral holes to favor the blood flow and graft.
• An anterior threading allowing its insertion
• Stabilization holes for the impactor, on each side of the threading, for a safe impaction

Expandable Corpectomy cages are available in 2 models (Small and Medium) which include 2 sizes each: T1 and T2, with the following range of motion:
• T1: 30 – 45 mm
• T2: 50 – 78 mm

Preclinical evaluations have been performed and tests with in vitro manipulation were performed to evaluate the interaction of implants with the associated instruments.
